DelilahRae Designs specializes in bags made from traditional workwear fabrics. We featuring graphics & fabric manipulations designed to bring a feeling of strength, history, and nostalgia.
We pride ourselves on creating a product that is both beautiful & durable. Each bag is individually made, waxed, painted and/or printed. Individually sewn & inspected. No two bags are exactly alike. A true handmade experience from start to finish.
Shipping
Ready to ship items are usually mailed within 3-5 business days. Made to order items are mailed within 10-14 days depending on the quantity. I cannot / do not guarantee the delivery time of the USPS. According to the U.S. postal service, first-class domestic mail can take 2-10 business days to delivery & International mail up to 12 weeks (These times are estimates and not guarantees.) Claims for items lost or damaged between my doorstep and yours will be handled by an insurance service. I will do my best to accommodate your needs if this situation arises (see return policy) but because of the nature of handmade products, some items cannot be replaced in kind.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns due to product defects. These Items are one of a kind & handmade and will have some variations (ie. color, textures, and stitching) that give the item character. These signs of character will not be considered defects.
Defects do not include damage by the purchaser or normal wear and tear. Defects are considered for example ripped seams, stained, fabric running or fraying where not designed to, etc.
All other returns will be considered on a case by case basis. If a return is approved the product should be returned in packaging and condition it was originally shipped in. All returns due to reason other than defect may include return shipping charges & up to a 30% restocking fee.
Any product mailed back to us as a return without prior authorization will not be accepted. The item will be held for up to 10 days. If you do not provide a way to ship the item back to you at your expense within the 10 days the item will be donated to the charity of our choice.
If your item was damaged in transit contact us within 7 business days of delivery. Keep all items & packing materials. You may need to provide photos of the item and packing materials for insurance purposes. If these stipulations are not met the return may be rejected. If you have received the wrong item contact us within 7 business days of delivery and the appropriate steps will be taken in a timely manner to correct the error.
For the fastest resolution of this issue, photos of the item received may be required.
Privacy Policies
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy, Square, Ecwid, & / or other e-commerce marketplaces to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information if you contact us directly through an email or a messaging system.
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• As needed to provide our services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list;
• If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
• As necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving our services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services, and 2) Compliance with the Etsy &/or other e-commerce Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under these Policies and Terms of Use.
• E-commerce. I share information with E-commerce sites I do business with, as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both their Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business Transfers. If I sell or merge our business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years or less.
Transfers of personal information outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While sous of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• Object. You can object to (i) our processing of sous of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
